Terry Lou's Story
Well, it's been 40 years since graduation, and in that time I have taught more students than I can calculate (obviously, I did not teach math) and continue to sub after retiring 4 years ago. I have a beautiful 31 year old daughter, who lives with her husband, 2 dogs and 2 cats in Lakewood, CO. lm Desert, so I visit them as often as I can. Took my first trip abroad last fall: Florence, Rome, Mediterranean cruise,and Amsterdam. I would love to go back to Greece. When I'm home, I volunteer for the Portland Center for the Performing Arts, go to yoga class, participate in a book group, and try to get in my daily walk. I don't know how I ever had the time to work.
Life has been an interesting journey, and I continue to enjoy the trip.
